Using empathy, curiosity, and some UX principles, I craft experiences from ideation to delivery. My enthusiasm lies in creating human-centric products while connecting the dots between business, design, and development.

My Story

After my graduation (Engineering in Computer Science), I spent the next one and a half years doing user research and analysis - consisting mainly of user interviews, field study, and survey for a startup in Indore, India.

During this period, I developed a strong interest in UX and understanding people's needs.

To hone my skills and learn more about UX, I enrolled in a four-month UX program at Silica Institute India.

After program completion, I joined Galaxy Weblinks as an associate UX Designer in Dec 2019. Then I got my hands-on exposure in some good projects with different domains - I have learned a lot during this time and I’m blessed to have worked on some of the finest stuff in this period.

Fast forward to today, I am leading a pack of 5 UXers at Galaxy Weblinks. After forming my UX team in June 2021, we have created the complete experience for "Amplify", which is a Multitenant SaaS platform using Agile methodology, and currently, we are working on an eCommerce project employing the much talked about 6D UX process.
